Carbon Cycle - viciously

The anthropogenic intervention in the planet’s ecosystem changes the balance of this deeply complex and connected system. The release of carbon on one end can travel far, trigger unexpected consequences, or even cause irreversible tipping points. These chain reactions and their unpredictability to the “normal citizens’” eyes are one reason why we have to start having a stronger conversation in terms of time and space of the climate crisis. A seemingly minor act like cutting down a tree has way bigger impacts than just that tree going missing.
︎Carbon Cycle - viciously shows one of these chain reactions
in form of a riso-printed continuous zine.
